The PokeGear
Many of us who played Pokemon Gold or Silver still remember the PokeGear, the first ever in-menu utility device and also the only one to feature a radio and a telephone. The PokeGear has returned in HeartGold and ShinySilver, and here are the two variations.
Male Trainer's Edition

Female Trainer's Edition

The PokeWalker
The PokeWalker is, believe it or not, an actual little Poke Ball style device that you can put in your pocket! Here's how it works:
1. Turn PokeWalker on (Duuuuuuuuh)
2. Transfer Pokemon from Pokemon HeartGold or SoulSilver to PokeWalker. Any Pokemon can be transferred, but only one Pokemon at a time can be on the PokeWalker. The Pokemon is transferred via infrared. A Pokemon in the PokeWalker can be transferred back to HeartGold or SoulSilver at an time.

3. Place PokeWalker in pocket.
4. Walk around. The PokeWalker serves as a pedometer, so the Pokemon in the PokeWalker will actually gain experience as you physically walk around.
5. Play minigames and play with Pokemon in PokeWalker. Not sure how this works, but the PokeWalker features a Dot Matrix screen and at least three buttons.
Here are some random screenies for the new games.
